Project Background

In a competitive RFP process, Rift Valley was awarded as the developer for the redevelopment of 2225 5th St NE and 513 Rhode Island Ave NE. On these parcels, we will deliver a 150-unit, mixed-income, mixed-use building which will include a state-of-the-art fire station on the ground floor. The high-caliber team to deliver this complex project includes Cunningham Quill as the lead architect and designer, Manns Woodward Studios, a design firm specializing in public safety buildings, and GCS Sigal, a general contractor with extensive success delivering public buildings in the District.
